There are two Alien orthographies (writing systems) found in the show Futurama. They have not been given official names and are known in the fandom as Alien Language #1 and Alien Language #2 (AL1 and AL2 for short). Please use the links on the right to navigate the site and learn more about AL1 and AL2.
- The Description links will take you to an in depth description and analysis of the orthographies and how they work.
- The Screen Captures links will take you to a list of every instance of these two orthographies contained on the first three volumes of the Futurama DVDs.
- The Translator links will take you to an area where you can decode or encode messages in each of the two orthographies.

This took much longer to finish than I had thought it would. All of the sections are now complete.
One of these days, I may add the fourth season DVDs to the screen captures section. But not for now.
